Beds were very firm.

I was traveling with my dog and overall it was absolutely great hotel. The staff were extremely friendly when I arrived. Friendly service was provided here.

The room was stained, we expected better.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, a work desk, and a couch bed. A roll in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel had a comfy location to the Toledo area. The team provided a friendly service.

I was upgraded to a beautiful king studio with a kitchenette. An oven, a stovetop, and glassware were provided. The location was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly and supper friendly during the whole stay!

Had really comfortable stay on business trip. The location was great and incredible, the staff were exceptionally nice. Luckily it was close to Cafe Marie, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Most hotels typically charge between $25 and $50 for pets, so I was surprised by the higher price. Fortunately, the desk attendant recognized that my small dog was an Emotional Support Animal, and although unsure if the credit was applied, he assured me that he would take care of it.

The room was spacious and very clean, perfect for a family of 5. The pool was warm and clean, great for relaxing. The workout room was open 24 hours and practically brand new. The hotel provided a breakfast and dinner with plenty of food choices. The staff was friendly and attentive. The towels were incredibly soft. The kitchen was clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. The setup of the king room with sleeper sofa was great.

I've chosen this absolutely great hotel for staying here with my dog. The room was beautiful and fantastic, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, included facilities I needed. All in all everything was perfect, had a perfect 10/10 stay on business trip. The staffs were attentive & amicable. The room I stayed in was a nice size and top-notch with sleeper sofa. The hotel has exceptionally nice location very close to many restaurants in a safe community, and Maumee.
